Machine Function:
For stamping, laser, plasma cutting, machining and other processes of workpiece burr removal, flash, smooth corner and chamfer. The contact roller is mainly used for the pretreatment of horizontal burr and the surface drawing of the whole plate; four groups of brush rollers are used for two-way rotary grinding to ensure the continuous and even grinding effect. The high efficiency and clean machining characteristics are suitable for the next process of edge folding, surface spraying, welding, etc. It solves the problems of low efficiency and inconsistent workpiece grinding existing in manual grinding.
Machine Features:
Wide belt contact roller is used for rust removal, oxide layer removal and surface drawing of machined parts;
·During the working process, the wide-band contact roller can switch from positive to negative according to the actual situation;
Four sets of flexible brush rollers are used for chamfering the edges and corners of machined parts;
Vacuum adsorption table, with a minimum processing of 100 * 100mm;
Remove the burr on the workpiece surface and chamfer the corners to make the surface consistent;
Under the cleaning brush roller, used to remove the metal plate residues in the working process of the conveyor belt;
