This polyurethane foaming machine uses two raw materials, polyurethane and Isocyanate. This type of PU foam machine can be used in various industries, such as daily necessities, automobile decoration, medical equipment, sports, industry, leather footwear, packaging industry, furniture industry, military industry, and so on.

Product use: car cushions, head cushions, steering wheels, bumpers, instrument boards, sunshade boards, motor bicycle cushions, thermal insulation materials, refrigerators, refrigerator materials, etc. Also used in polyurethane high rebound, slow rebound, self crust, hard foam filling,semi-hard foam, and other foam areas                                             



Main instructions:                                           
(1)-There are safety protection devices of anti-riot glass and aluminum alloy around the machine.
(2)-There is an exhaust device on the safety cover; it has a safe exhaust system.
(3)-There is a wind pressure switch to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
(4)-Cyclopentane gas detector is installed in the housing and one on-site, and connected to the control system.
(5)-With explosion-proof pressure sensor, used for high and low-pressure exchange system.
(6)-The explosion-proof hybrid motor and metering pump motor of tank A is installed on the outside to reduce the hazardous environment.
(7)-Pneumatic components also use explosion-proof type and have good anti-static and grounding measures.
(8)-The automatic feeding system is adopted to monitor the material level at multiple points to avoid overflow of raw materials.
(9)-The isolation barrier is used at the mixing head to ensure that the voltage is within a safe range.
