1/2 Portable pnematic tools air impact torque wrench
Air wrench is commonly used for loosening or tightening lug nuts from cars and trucks, meanwhile it is also used in any high-torque situation, automotive industries.

Use and maintenance
1. The rubber hose on the air supply pipeline shall be intact and the joint shall be firm and sealed.
2. The air trigger shall not be idled for a long time under high pressure to prevent performance degradation due to wear of parts.
3. The engine is lubricated with 30# Machine oil and the bearing and impact mechanism are lubricated with No.3 lithium grease. Before each shift, a small amount of lubricating oil should be injected into the joint.
4. The air trigger should be maintained frequently, and the maintenance period depends on the usage.
Use safety rules
1. Do not point the air pipe to yourself or others. Do not blow dust on your body with compressed air.
2. Check the air pipe frequently. If it is loose or damaged, repair or replace it in time. The accessories (such as wrench sleeve, drill bit and screwdriver) must be installed firmly.
3. When the tool is not in use, replace the parts or carry out maintenance, be sure to turn off the air source and pull out the tool and air source connector.
4. When operating or replacing tools and accessories, please wear goggles or face protection device at any time, so as to avoid foreign body or accidental injury.
5. When operating tools, do not wear hand ornaments, necklaces, scarves, ties and other things that cause injury, do not wear loose clothes, and keep a certain distance between the body and tools.
6. Non professionals are not allowed to modify the tool structure or replace the parts of other manufacturers.
7. Please do not touch the rotating shaft directly to avoid injury of hands or other body tools. Wear gloves during operation.
8. It is not allowed to leave the gas pipeline in the corridor or work area too long to prevent the staff from tripping and slipping.
