SHL-A-1100 Vertical Automatic Slitting Machine
Description:
SHL-A vertical automatic slitting machine is applies to slit and rewind cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. All kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc. Any special materials, please send us your requirements.
The whole machine frame is made of 45mm thickness iron plate, with extremly high precision and stability. The guide roller is plated with hard chromium, which makes the guide roller hard, wear-resistant, mild and corrosion-resistant. Unwinding device adopted Dexin EPC control, through import sensor to correct edge of feeding, to guarantee feeding exactly.
Apply with automatic tension control at unwinding & rewinding units. Support both forward and reverse direction running. High quality web guide system. Easy to exchange the up rewinder air shaft with different size by screws. Waste discharged by suction system. International brand of counting by meters or pieces.
