VAE Emulsion Based Redispersible Polymer Powder Series for Tile Adhesives Wall Putty  

Mostly based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion .It has high adhesion, water resistance, processability and heat insulation,.It is mainly used into the cement mortar as additive of building industrial. 

Application 

1.The redispersible latex powder is dispersed to form a film and play a reinforcing role as a second adhesive;

2. The protective colloid is absorbed by the mortar system (it will not be destroyed by water after film formation, or "secondary dispersion");

3. The film-forming polymer resin acts as a reinforcing material and is distributed throughout the mortar system, thereby increasing the cohesion of the mortar;
