Shipment:

When you make an order, please select a shipping method (China Air Mail Post ,E-packet, EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)and pay for the order including the shipping cost . Once your payment is completed, the items will be sent within 2 days (Current Items we have ) or 3~10 Days (Customized Or Personalized Items)

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

Returns:

We do our best to provide our customers satisfied services.

if you return the items within 7 days for any reason, we will refund you. But, the items returned must be in their original conditions. we will not give a full refund if the items are damaged orwashed or lost when returned. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer must pay for the shipping fees to return the items.

We also offer exchange if you have sizes or colors,etc problem within 15days . The buyer must return the product in the original conditions and bear the shipping costs. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs. Before returning the items, please check the return address and the logistics method with us. After giving the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. Once we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP

Size or Fit Issues:

Color Mismatch:
