A: We are professional factory which produce tofu cat litter and cat scratcher for global market about 10 years.
Q2:What is your MOQ?
A: Normally 10Tons (20ft) per fragrance is requested as the minimum order quantity. 5 Tons would be accepted of our regular section , different scents could be mixed into one container. The MOQ of packing bag is 10000 pcs per design.

Q3:Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes. We could offer free samples, but the courier fee should be paid by your side.

Q5:Can I do OEM?
A: Yes. We have our own factory and cooperated package bag factory and box factory. We could produce cat litter and the package bags and box as your requirements.

Q6:How about the Leading time?
A: For the existing package bags , 10 work days for one 20ft container (10Tons). For New OEM brands, it takes 10-15 work days to produce the new bags, and the total leading time would be 20-25 work days. For repeated OEM brands, the leading time would be 10 days.
 

Basic attribute for plant-based cat litter:
1.Water absorption speed:
The cat's urine can be quickly absorbed that it will be affected the main experience of deodorization, durability, clumping and handling convenience directly.The absorption speed can reached to 2-3seconds for our TSA tofu cat litter, so that the urine will not flow out ( transverse)but will penetrate and absorb vertically downwards. After clumped, it will become a cone without adhesion\tracking and so on. It can be shoveled out immediately. Easy and quick ! Meanwhile, With the very high water absorption and can up to 300%, the more liquid can be absorbed with the same volume of cat litter.
2. Clumping:
Clumping is the main reference attribute of the end consumer experience. The quality of clumping, hardness, speed and other attributes of tofu cat litter will affect customer experience directly, and it is also the main basis for whether tofu cat litter is recognized by customers.With the very fast water absorption speed and the cluster speed for our TSA tofu cat litter, it can be formed after the urine is absorbed completely, the cluster is smaller than the similar products.
3:Cover odor ability
This is a very important criterion to affect the customers experience, the well covered odor ability of the products can perfect to solve this issue, for the very heavy cat urine odor here. Generally, base on the very strong water absorpation capatity of our TSA tofo cat litter, which can quickly and effectively lock the water and absorb it immediately after the urine is discharged, which can effectively cover the odor, but also need to be clean up in time to avoid the cat's peculiar smell. Inevitably, some unexpected problems(like: the cat waste was not cleaned up timely or bad digestion etc.) so, some of the food-grade flavors and colors can be added into the mass production, it can effect cover the odor and enhance the customer experience, and provide more choice for end customer.

1:Color:
Add the different color to be meet the demand for end consumers.All of our adding color were accord with food-grade, without any industry additives. Even though cats fed will not affect the health.
2: Natural plant binder/guar gum
The binder is the root cause of the clumping of tofu cat litter. The raw material of cat litter does not have binding power, so the binder is added. It is an indispensable element of tofu cat litter, which directly affects the formation of tofu cat litter.  Our additive is natural pure guar gum which will not affect human and pets. But some of the products to circulate on the market were used to industrial-grade glue, it is un-seafer for pet, you can test with the cluster of cat litter to dissolve to check the additive.
3.Water content:
The water content is an important criterion to judge the product quality, refer to the general criterion is 6% to 13%. The Water content will be influenced to cat litter.With the high water content granules that it will be easy to clump and also will caused to the mico. Increasing. Low utilization rate, poor water absorption, low dust. The volume is smaller than normal or low water content products compare with the same weight. (this will be easy to understand)With the lower water content granules, it is very dry and light, and will be easy to store and inhibit the mico. effectively. But the only one defect is easy to break and dust.Adopting with the high temperature steam drying equipment by the drying process from suface to center of cylinder for our TSA product, the water content can be controlled in 6% to 8%, with the low moisture advantages that some features of product will be reflected, like: more brittle, low moisture, good water absorption, high-usage,durability etc. meanwhile, enhanced the particle hardness to avoid the dust issue and easier to retain even in summer will not be easy to moldy or agglomerate.
