Yantai Future used to be called Yantai Pneumatic Works, it was built in 1973. The company changed to name Yantai Future in 2001 after resturctured from state-owned company to joint-stock cmpany. Till now, the company has about 400 employees including 62 engineers.

Quality Control
1. We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
2. Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
4. During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.



Packing & Delivery
The products are fully protected by metal shelves, wood boxes and plastic fillers.

Our products are mainly used in following industries such as car lift, agricultural machines and environmental vehicles. With high quality products and considerate after-sales service, we have established a well-known reputation.

A2: Our factory is built in year 1973 and start by manufacturing Pneumatic Cylinder. From year 1985, we start manufacturing Hydraulic Cylinder.

Q3: How long is your warranty period?
A3: We offer 13 months warranty period after on board.

Q4: How long does it take to process orders?
A4: It usually takes 20-30 days to process. We don't have stock.

Q5: What's your cylinder PPM?
A5: 5000 PPM. We do 100% inspection before delivery.

Q6: Have you been exported to overseas?
A6: We have been exported to USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Russia, etc.
