Y-type  Automatic rotary drum

Function Introduction:
On basis of traditional wooden leather making rotary drum, the equipment added a stainless steel Y-shaped structure and liquid circulation system and computer system for fully automatic control. Thus the equipment has the following characteristics:

1. Y-shaped structure separates the equipment into three parts and reduced the moving space for leather. When the leather moves to lower part, greatly reduce the situation of nonuniformity penetration of chemical materials due to intertwisting of the leather in the liquid. When the leather moves to the upper part and completely out of the liquid, the leather and the separating board will beat each other due to the rotating of the drum, thus enhanced the power of penetration and reduced the technique time.
2. The smooth stainless steel inside will not lacerate the surface of the leather, and the wooden shell outside will retain the heat inside the drum and greatly reduced the energy consumption. It is good for environmental protection
3. Computer control system for fully automation is equipped, so it realized automatic water adding, automatic thermostatic, automatic material feeding and automatic water discharge, etc.

4. The equipment, since separated into three equal parts, the rotating power is even and leather inside the drum will be soaked in turn, thus it can greatly reduce the liquid ratio, so the loading capacity can be 2-3 times of the same sized traditional wooden drum. The consumption of water and power can be saved about 50%, man power and time are also reduced accordingly.
