Vacuum and condensation system

The vacuum pump with liquid oil ring is as a primary pump,the roots pump is as a sustain pump,pvc seal plate abd valve lead compose vacuum system, its vacuum degree can reacg to 750mmhg

The working table made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Its surface is ground and polished by a special machine imported fro ITALY, and the surface is very bright as like as mirror surface

The machine is equipped with dismount table large capacity condenser which made of AISI 304 stainless steel on two sides of working table , and on the two sides , are also equipped steam and water separating device for cooling and separating them quickly,so as to further rise vacuum drying effect and reduce the space occupied 

The oil and water separating and the oil cooling system saves requirement that vacuum pump needs cooling water and can save the energy 

Heating system

The heating chamber of working table is adopted labyrinth structure and the heating method of hot water circulation, heat transfer uniformly,can ensure to dry all parts of leather uniformly

Using S 80 series scale controller to control temperature ,little heat inertia,keeping uniform temperature while in drying,max, difference in temperature is =-1 degree on the surface of working table .

Hydraulic and electric system

Opening and closing of working table is realized by piston removing alone , can reduce oil pressure loss in max

The working of the machine is controlled by PLC controller imported and with good reliability, the drying working is automatic circulation by working program set up . The electric control system are showed one the electric panel and equipped safe device

When the water temperature is higher than value set up,the valve lead can be closed automatically , so as to avoid the water temperature being too high

Condensation system

If customer equips condensation tower which provides cooling water , the cooling water can be used cyclically, it not only can save energy but also can further reduce the working temperature to 30 degree on the surface of working table
