(I) Power Transmission System
1. Engine
Four types of engines are available according to requirements of different regions: U.S. Cummins B4.5 Euro II and QSB 4.5 Euro III engine, Weichai WP4G95E221 National II engine and DEUTZ (Dalian) B40-10T3R-A353 National III engine. These engines featuring excellent dynamic property, large torque reserve, good economy and low fuel consumption are quality products elaborately designed and manufactured for operating conditions of engineering machinery and are verified hereto.
2. Transmission
International famous brand Italy CARRARO synchronizer mechanical shift transmission, a kind of transmission special for backhoe loader, is used, which features stable and reliable performances.
The configuration of 4 front and 4 rear gears could substantially improve economy and engine service life of the backhoe loader operating under complicated operating conditions and requires frequent reverse running.
Electronic control reversing is easy to operate.
Two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive switching function is available. Two-wheel drive is forcibly switched to when gear IV is engaged so as to improve safety and fuel economy.
3. Drive axle
Italy CARRARO axle is used. Front axle is divided into two types of driving at turn and not driving at turn; rear axle applies planet gear transmission that doesn't drive at turn, bringing stronger bearing capacity.
