The oil filter is mainly used for filtering oil in hydraulic systems, and is installed in filters and oil filters in hydraulic systems.
Oil filter is a kind of paper filter. Its function is to remove impurities such as metal particles and oil deterioration in oil. The filtration precision is between 5um-10um. It has perfect protection for bearings and rotors. Should oil be replaced? The filter can be judged according to the running time. Some models are equipped with a differential pressure indicator. If the differential pressure indicator is on, it indicates that the oil filter is blocked and must be replaced. After the first operation of the new machine for 500 hours, the oil and oil filter need to be replaced, and then the pressure difference indicator light is on or the operation time is 2000-3000 hours (depending on the working environment). If the oil filter pressure difference is large and not replaced, the oil quantity may be insufficient, and the exhaust high temperature tripping machine may affect the bearing due to insufficient oil quantity, resulting in early wear and tear, resulting in shortened service life.
