Maintenance memo:The piston or piston pin and connecting rod parts replaced during maintenance shall be thoroughly cleaned before assembly, the dirt in the oil passage shall be removed, and blown away the dust.
During assembly, pay attention to the installation direction of the piston and connecting rod.
First place the piston in water and warm it for about 75oC. After taking it out, quickly wipe the seat hole, push the piston pin coated with lubricating oil into a seat hole of the piston, and then insert the small end of the connecting rod into the piston. The bushing shall be coated with lubricating oil, and the piston and connecting rod are connected together through the piston pin.
When installing the lock ring, the depth of the lock ring embedded in the ring groove shall be 2 / 3 of the diameter of the lock ring, and it shall fit firmly. There shall be a gap between the lock ring and both ends of the piston pin. When installing the piston ring, the chrome plated gas ring shall be installed in the first ring groove, and the inner groove of the gas ring shall face upward. The openings of each gas ring shall be staggered by 12 degrees on the circumference.
