Q2: Sample is available?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality firstly.,and we will return your sample cost in your formal order.
 
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Airline and sea shipping also optional. Shipping time depends on distance.

Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
 
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products,and we will do "Warranty Statement" for you after confirmed the order .
 
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
1), Our products are produced in strict quality control system,but in case any damage in shiping,we will provide you more free 1% as spare parts.
2), during the guarantee period, we will provide maintance free and replacement service.
