1)Q:Are you a factory?
  A:Yes ,we are a factory with advanced hollow-out machine and focus on main balustrade, handrail & staircase systems since 1988.

2)Q:How to install?
  A:According to your floor material, choose self-tapping screws. We will provide drawings. any questions you can ask us when installing.

3)Q:Do I need to do extra cutting and welding of the balustrades?
    A:There is no need to cutting and welding,we will produce the balustrade exactly according to your projects,and the only thing you need to do just drilling for bolts ,and screw them tight.

4)Q: Can you help me install it in the factory before the cargos be delivered?
    A: Yes,in order to ensure our clients install the stairs smoothly, stairs will be pre-installed in our factory.

5)Q:Are they same strong as steel/iron or wood ones?
   A:Yes! There is a solid M24 steel thread rod in the middle of each post,very strong.
 
6)Q:What is the warranty of this product?
   A:We offer 2 year warranty,and promise 8 year indoor use for electroplate and anodize finish,15 years for paint finish.
