1 The thickness of product:0.3-3.2mm/0.5-5.0mm;

The feature of Zigzag feeder:
1 HIgh output: It can finish many times shift. It can save 70% material in every move, basis on the calculation of the 60° corner. It will change the corner distribution according to the width of material that can increase the material utilization.
2 HIgh efficiency:the feeding speed can meet 60 times/min;
3 High- precision:In the process of continous punch, it can set the min.distance between both sides within 0.5mm;the error of every move can make sure within ±0.08mm;
4 Cover the space is little, the energy consumption is low;
5 The product will drop out the coveryor after the punched, and then will send to the material platform by the coveryor;
6 Complete automation control, can save labor resource; When the production line working, it just need one staff to operate the electric box.Input the operational program on the manual panel, the machines can complete automatic produce.
Machine main feature
1. High efficiency:
The highest speed comes to 60 times/min.
2. Scrap reductiom :
The minimum distance between disk to disk and disk to the strip edges came to 2mm , and the blanking path can be multi shifted, according to 60 degree angle calculation, every shift can save 7% of the material. When the size of the disks are different , you just have to change arrangement angle, improving the utilization rate of materials(refer to the following picture).
3.Avoid any futher working phase
Since it can be blanked the whole width of the strip, with this technology is therefore possible to reduc further working phase, such as the reduction of the coil into coils of smaller width (=slitting), which are usually applied in the disk production and represent both further costs and the possibility of damaging the coil surface (especially with aluminium)
4.Flexibility
low down times:
when change the production size (diameter), only change die and change the setting of the HMI.
Wide production range:
The same line can blank different material, without any change or modification. The disk layout setting in the strip is no limit. Any punching path can be set by user.
5. fully automatic control, saving human resources:
The production line in operation, only need one staff to operate the electric control cabinet. The operator just has to input the data, the line will be run automaticly.
