Q: How about the payment terms ?
A: T/T or LC at sight or Alibaba Trade Assurance, It can be negotiable under the special condition.
Q: Are you a trading company or factory?
A:We are factory not trading company,but we have export right can export directly,some trading company get goods from our factory.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: How can I travel there? Our factory is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.  Welcome to our factory.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A:
1) We do stock with our brand which ready to ship at any time, so, even 1pc is acceptable, but different quantity with different price.
2)OEM is ok
3)for small order, we use neutral packing(without our logo and brand)
Q: Do you accept OEM&ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM & ODM.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We insist on the principle of "customer first, quality first".
From raw material to products, every step is controlled and tested regularly and carefully by our professional machines and stuffs
Q: What is the shipping method?
A: It could be shipped by sea, air or express (UPS,DHL,FEDEX ect).Please confirm with us before placing orders.
Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we are willing to provide the sample, but you need to prepay the sample cost and freight before order and we will refund
to you or deduct it from the balance of the first order.
Q: Can I customized logo?
A: Yes, we can customize your logo in the product or package, please contact me to get the MOQ.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A:Delivery time is subject to order quantity, customized or not.
Ready to ship stock shipping time: around20-25 days, for OEM order, the production period will be 30-40 days of the first order.
Q: Can I see the real picture or videos for the product?
A: Yes, please contact me to get the real pictures or videos.
Q: Warranty
A: Please consult with us for their warranty and return policy.
We offer 1 year warranty.
Q: How can I place an order and what's the process of the order?

Step 1, please tell us what specification and quantity you need;
Step 2, then we will make a PI or issue a online order to you for confirming the order details;
Step 3, when we receive your deposit and we will arrange the production, at the same time, we will provide the design drafts for you approving;
Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.
