Molecular sieves have strong hygroscopicity and should be used for purification of ***es. When preserved, direct exposure to air should be avoided. Molecular sieves with long storage time and moisture absorption should be regenerated before use. Molecular sieves avoid oil and liquid water. Avoid contact with oil and liquid water when using. In industrial production, the drying ***es are air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and so on. Two adsorption dryers are connected in parallel, one working, and the other can be regenerated. Alternate work and regeneration to ensure continuous operation of equipment. The dryer works at room temperature and regenerates by flushing air at 350 C.

4A Molecular Sieve
The 4A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate with an effective pore opening of approximately 4 angstroms. The sodium form of type A is widely used as a general-purpose drying agent and has good physical and adsorption properties. Type 4A beads can be used to adsorb water, ammon**, methan**, ethanol and carbon dioxide. This type of molecular sieve is often used to remove moisture from gas and liquid streams, where co-adsorption of sulfur compounds and carbon dioxide is not a concern.
The sodium form of Type A is widely used as a general purpose drying agent. Under certain conditions it can also be used for removal of carbon dioxide.
