The use of double blade quarry machine is a fast and cost effective way to extract dimentional block from granite quarries. The machine moves along rails set up on the quarry floor and performs 2 paralell cuts simultaniously. The width of the two cuts can be adjusted from 1360 to 1900mm. The small (2200mm) blades are used first for the initial cut . The bigger ones (3600mm) can continue the cuts till a maximum depth of 1500mm is reached. The change of blades can be realized by using the hoist mechanism equipped on top of the machines. | |
The machine is equipped with 2 inverters, which allows the continous adjustment of the diamond saw blade linear speed and the machine cutting speed according to the hardness of material to increase performance and efficiency. | |
