DTKSSJ-800/900 Quarry Mining Stone Block Cutting Wire Saw Machine and DTKSJ Quarry Mining Block Saw can be used together to achieve no blasting mining. Block is cut on six sides. Wire tension and cutting current are automatically controlled by two way close loop PLC and frequency converter. The cutting process can be precisely automatically controlled by preset parameters. Machine head movement and rotation are driven by a motor, and limit protection is set. It has a variety of protection functions for abnormal situations. Digital display is used for cutting current, line speed, travel speed and other cutting parameters, parameters such as cutting time are stored.
