Incoloy800HT (N08811) alloy corrosion resistance:
Incoloy800HT is a universal engineering alloy that has resistance to acid and alkali corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments. The high nickel content makes the alloy effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
Good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid,organic acids, alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solutions.
The higher comprehensive performance of Incoloy800HT is manifested in nuclear combustion dissolvers with various corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide are processed in the same equipment.
