About Incoloy 825:

Incoloy825 is fully austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with titanium stabilization treatment, and add copper and molybdenum.

Chemical Composition:


Characteristics:

- Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking performance
- Good resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion performance
- Good resistance to oxidation and non oxidizing heat acid performance
- At room temperature and high temperature of 550 ºC,it has good mechanical properties
- A certification of pressure vessel manufacturing temperature of 450 ºC

- Sulfuric acid pickling factories used heating pipe, containers, baskets, and chain, etc.
- Water cooling heat exchanger, Marine products pipeline system, acidic gas pipeline environment.
