Talonavicular joint fusion plate
1. Anatomic design is good for reduction, and no need to pre-bend the plate during surgery to avoid effect on the plate strength when it's bended.
2. Plate and screw are designed based on curvature of human anatomy.
3. Design with high-strength is beneficial for the early passive exercise.
4. Smart design of the edge reduces soft tissue irritation.
5. Screw cap is lower than the plate, and that reduces the soft tissue irritation.
Description of screw: 2.7mm and 3.0mm screws are available according to patient's bone quality. Universal design of the screw hole enables the application of both locking and non-locking screws.

In recent years we have formed the quality control system of international standard level by constant upgrading, standardization of management in details, improvement of the whole process control. We have also imported a lot of processing equipment, including the German-imported and American-imported machining centers, Japanese-imported automatic lathes and so on, ensuring our first-class quality by first-class equipment. Since 2011 we've invested over 20 million RMB in the expansion of our Testing Center, which is divided into a biomechanical laboratory and a physical-chemical testing center, providing powerful assurance to our three key critical points: Raw material procurement control, product quality control and new product performance analysis.
