Storing part:sewn bag is stored here to ensure foregoing sewing not interfering with successive cutting off and material shoving,which will interrupt the running of the whole system.auto fixed lenght cutoff: lenght of bag will be set here, the cut will be done in case of the set length reached.and the bag will be pushed away from the production line waiting on the windrow table for inspoction.
4. Main control unit: programmable logic controller(PLC) is adopted to control the pneum-atic element.transducer and pholosensor to ensure the harmony and automatic operation of the overall system and also display the yield of that day.
