Main uses

It is mainly used for high-temperature carbonization (graphitization, purification) of materials in nitrogen (argon)/inert gas atmosphere. Equipped with a full range of protection system and necessary safety protection measures to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment. It is easy to operate and maintain.

Equipment configuration

The full set of equipment can be equipped with two furnace bodies, which consists of intermediate frequency power supply, compensation capacitor cabinet, furnace body, vacuum system, temperature measurement and temperature control system, water cooling system, bottom loading and unloading lifting device, bottom level moving in and out device, which is fully automatic controlled by the industrial control screen. The electrical part , the cooling system, the vacuum system, the temperature measurement , control system and the discharging system of the equipment can be realized the seamless connection with the upper computer through PLC. Digital display intelligent temperature control series is adopted to complete the temperature measurement process automatically with high precision.The system can heat up according to the given heating curve, and store four different process parameter curves ( 40 segments)in total. The equipment has the function of measuring and recording, which can record data for 10,000 times. The data can be viewed through the historical curve. Equipped with USB interface, the recorded historical data can be transferred to the U disk at any time,which can monitor ,control and display the operation condition of the whole equipment in real time.It can also monitor the phase loss, water pressure, line, protective gas, vacuum pump, furnace temperature, water temperature and other conditions, and realize the sequential control and chain protection of power supply, furnace body, cooling water, protective gas and other devices. Warning, alarm and other functions of the man-machine interface shows easy to operate.
The temperature control instrument uses FP-93 curve control PID intelligent program accommodometer manufactured by SHIMADA, the thermometer of which has a 0.1 high accuracy, the programmable control of heating speed and temperature holding time and a communication port.
The power supply cabinet adopts fully sealed dust-proof structure to prevent conductive carbon fibers and conductive dust
The system is designed to take into account the reliability of the equipment and continuous long time operation. The main waterways have water pressure, water temperature monitoring,which can effectively improve the reliability of the whole machine. 
The equipment of furnace adopts the company patent technology design, and on the basis of foreign advanced technology and equipment, integrates our company many years of 3000 ºC high temperature furnace professional experience in equipment. The furnace chamber material are high performance products as heating materials accumulated by our company for many years of technology and field , which effectively improves the insulation performance of the furnace, temperature uniformity and prolongs the service life of materials, under the limited power, reduces the heat dissipation, makes the heating power at the same temperature greatly reduced .
The furnace body uses double 304 stainless steel water cooling structure, which can quickly remove the gas in the furnace through vacuum replacement.

Double-layer 6mm water-cooled structure, inner and outer layer of 304 stainless steel material, can pump   negative pressure vacuum. It is equipped with explosion-proof port and vacuum pipe interface, which can increase the vacuum breaker valve, safety air pressure valve, air filling hole, vacuum instrument and furnace cover lifting adopts mechanical lifting device.
Discharging part:
The bottom adopts precise positioning of mechanical device, and the upper and lower action is seamless docking with the graphitization furnace body, and when discharging, it will descend to the bottom.Loading and unloading is carried out on the horizontal moving furnace platform, which is quick, simple and convenient for charging and discharging materials.

 

Onsite Requirements

Basic Requirements in site:

  1. Power supply: 380V±10%, three-phase five-wire system, 50Hz, 650KW capacity.
  2. Water-supply source:municipal tap water, water pressure 0.15Mpa ≤ inlet pressure ≤ 0.3MPa, flow rate 50m3 / h.  The diesel pump is used for temporary cycling use of water in case of high temperature and emergency power failure in the furnace.
  3. Standby generator: Turn on the water pump for use in case of emergency power failure (choose one between standby water source and power supply)
  4. Water supply for closed cooling tower: water quality soft water 6 ≤ pH ≤ 9.   2.3m water volume shall be added for the first time.and then regularly add .
  5. Argon gas requirement: purity ≥ 99.999% (self prepared)
  6. Compressed air: air pressure 0.3MPa ≤ intake pressure ≤ 1.0MPa (self equipped with air compressor or compressed air)
  7. Exhaust requirements: exhaust diameter >=ø65mm,exhaust volume 70L / min.
After Sales Service
  1. Wearing parts, such as graphite crucible, graphite felt, corundum brick, fuse protector, seal, package, gasket, lubricating oil, organic solvent, etc., are not covered by warranty.
      2.It is recommended that customers purchase another set of wearing parts separately.
