Q&A

Q1: How long can I get the sample?And how long is the delivery date? 

A1:  It needs 1-2 weeks or so for making the samples, it depends on the material and engineering.
For mass production , production leadtime is one month or more, pls check when place order.

Q2: I don't have the drawing, can you design it for me?
A2: Yes, you can send us your ideas and suggestions of the design you want.our professional engineers will do drawing such as CAD/AI/P.S and offer a clear 3D Looking to you for confirmation before making samples.
 

Q3:What kind of surface finish your display stands could be?

A3:For stainless steel items, surface finish we offer are matte, polish, backing or powder coated. 
For metal items, surface finish could be backing, powder coated or chroming.
Different surface finish could be different color and the cost is different.

Q4: Do you provide ODM/OEM service? 
A4: OEM/ODM is welcome, From the concept to finished goods, we do all (design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production) in the factory.
