PRODUCT DISCRIPTIONS

The Sub HEPA filter can not only be used as the end filter of the clean room to achieve a certain air cleanliness level, but also can be used as the pre filter of the high efficiency filter to further improve and ensure the cleanliness of the supply air, and can also be used as the final filter of the fresh air to improve the quality of the fresh air. Therefore, like HEPA filter, it is mainly used to intercept submicron particles below 1 μm.

SYNLI Sub HEPA filter without clapboards adopt ultra fine glass fiber as filter media,offer 95% efficiency at 0.3 μm (E10).

Generally speaking,10 years is the recommed shelf life. This assumes that filters are stored in the original packaging,in a dry climate controlled area and not sujected to extemes in temperature or humidity.

Q6.How long will a Sub HEPA filter last?
Filter life depends upon the operating conditions.A general recommendation is that,at minimum,the filter will be replaced when the pressure drop reaches two times the initial resistance loss(pressure drop).
