    RQ-DSL-16H, which is an automatic counter counting machine, is made to pack various types of capsules (transparent or opaque pills, hard capsules, soft capsules etc.) and tablets in the range of 3-25 mm by Guangdong Rich Packing. RQ-DSL-16H high speed capsule tablet counting filling machine is designed on the basis of the original technology. Modular design of the pneumatic pusher, pneumatic bottle packing, vibrating trough and pneumatic constant blanking mechanism are adopted by RQ-DSL-16H. The counting photoelectric parts of RQ-DSL-16H tablets and capsule counting machine uses one-to-one independent control, which is faster, preciser and more stable. RQ-DSL-16H tablet counting filling machine suits for production packing of health products factory, scientific research institutions, hospitals and small, medium-sized pharmaceutical factories.   

      RQ-DSL-16H automatic capsule bottle filling counting machine adopts self-made electronic counting technology, which has the function of infrared 360 degree scanning in the whole process with high precision. RQ-DSL-16H uses the vibrating blanking way that won't block the material and increase the production speed.  

       The RQ-DSL-16H automatic capsule tablet counting machine has an automatic detection and rejection function. Bottles of unqualified filling quantities will be rejected.
