This machine is mainly used for de-airing and disposing mud for porcelain products.It has three shafts:two mixing mud shafts and one extruding mud shaft.Double mixing shafts cut,mix,stir and pug the mud in the mud tank.It has better effect than the single mixing shaft.It has double stage de-airing structure for de-airing mud in air-extracting base and vacuum chamber,then mud is pushed spirally and pressed,to get more even and compact mud,and to enhance the plasticity of mud.This pug mill is one of necessary machine in porcelain factory.
1. Main component
TY8325 de-airing pug mill(see figure drawing),It is made of motor,reducer,gear case part,upper mixing mud part,air-extracting part,vacuum chamber ,extruding device and chassis.
2. Working Principle of TY8325 de-airing pug mill TY8325
Power is input by belt from motor to reducer,then is transmitted from reducer to gear case.Then through shaft coupling and gear transmission ,the mixing shaft and extruding shaft are driven to rotate.The function achieve.
When mud is input into mud tank through feeding mouth,all the mixing blades and spiral blades on the mixing shaft,constantly break ,mix,knead mud ,and push mud forwardly .Mud is cut into small mud bars by sieve board,and then is pressed into air-extracting base.Fine mud bars are air-extracted firstly in air-extracting base,then is transported into vacuum chamber and extruding device.Then second air-extracting is made in vacuum room.After twice air-extracting ,again the mud is mixed,kneaded,evenly blended and is extruded by extruding device, then is extruded out from forming mould into mud body with high compactness,strong mechanical intensity,fine clean surface without internal stress.
