What is SPC Lock Floor?
SPC Flooring is one of the two types of rigid core vinyl flooring. It is comprised of a more solid or "rigid" core for better durability. Rigid core luxury vinyl is a glueless format with a click locking installation system.
Rigid core luxury vinyl includes two types:
1.Stone Plastic Composite (SPC): Around 60% calcium carbonate (limestone), polyvinyl chloride and plasticizers.
2.Wood Plastic Composite (WPC): polyvinyl chloride, calcium carbonate, plasticizers and wood-like or wood materials such as wood flour
SPC lock lock floor structure
Wear resistant layer: PNC transparent wear-resistant layer, thickness is about 0.3mm, transparent texture, strong adhesion, wear resistance and scratch resistance, wear resistance coefficient can reach 6000-8000 rpm
UV layer: the coating formed after UV oil is cured by curing agent, which can prevent the volatilization of chemical substances in the board.
Color film: various decorative layers of wood grain, stone pattern and carpet pattern can meet different needs of different occasions and tastes.
Polymer substrate layer: a composite board made of stone powder and thermoplastic polymer material after being stirred evenly and then extruded at high temperature. At the same time, it has the properties and characteristics of wood and plastic, so this kind of floor has good strength and toughness.
