Interior Drywall Joint Compound
Introduction
Gypsum joint compound is a kind of thick paste decorative material for flat wall,and used on the basic wall to make the wall
smoonthly and brightly.It is made from paint base, additives, calcium carbonate, talc and so on.
Our factory produce Interior wall putty powder(not ready mix) and Ready mixed interior wall putty, both of which are made to give a superior finish to the interior walls. This premix application plaster, which is made of calcium carbonate(CaCO3), heavy calcium carbonate(powder of calcite) and talcum. Environment-friendly additives and Carboxyl methyl Cellulose(CMC) are added in order to improve the performance and workability. This putty works effectively on both even and uneven backgrounds.

1.The joint compound will be packged in one pvc bag first than put in Bucket.
2.As common 25 kgs /Bucket.
3.It can be load in 20feet or 40 feet Container.

Need three times of puttying and three times of coating to avoid the wall surface to be dehiscent.
1. Clean up the dust on the surface of the whole wall ;
2. Puttying the gypsum joint compound to the wall,polished,and deal with the gap between the gypsums;
3. Stick bandage when dry;
4. Puttying to the whole wall first time gypsum joint compound when dry;
5. Puttying to the whole wall twice gypsum joint compound when dry;
6. Check and use joint compound to make up the wall, and puttying to the whole wall again;(Must be smooth, not too thick)
7. First coating for the whole wall when the joint compound was 100% dry, polished and flat;
8. Use joint compound to make up the wall and polished and twice coating;
9. Coating third time when 100% dry.
