Here shows 2 alluvial gold processing flows for your better understanding. The flowchart is usually designed and configured as per your actual ore condition.

#1 alluvial gold flow: trommel screen + jig machine + gold concentrator + shaking table + gold sluice

     It's usually suitable for the larger processing capacities, such as 200TPH, 300TPH, or above.

 

 #2 alluvial gold flow: trommel screen + gold concentrator + shaking table + gold sluice

     It's more suitable for the smaller and medium sized capacities like 50TPH, 100TPH.

 In alluvial gold processing line, the trommel screen, jig machine, gold concentrator, and shaking table are always used. Here are their photos and brief introduction for you:

1. Trommel screen

The trommel screen configuration always can be various, such as it's movability, engine, drive, layer, structure, etc, all can be customize-made. So please let us know your ore condition or send us your raw ore photos, we will configure the most suitable one for you.

2. Jig machine

Here shows the JT series jig machine which is widely applied in alluvial gold processing plant. It's with large capacity but relatively lower price, that's why it's always used before the centrifugal concentrator so as to reduce the centrifugal concentrator cost.

3. Centrifugal concentrator (CC)

The centrifugal gold concentrator is very famous for gold recovery because of its high recovery rate, no matter alluvial gold or rock gold ore. Our technical team have invested a lot of time on the improvement of the CC, and now we get the newest generation of CC. The filter device is the knelson type, the main shaft is the imported SKF shaft, and also the full automation is realized by configuring the PLC system.

4. Shaking table
