Instruction:
1. Before the coating of fire retardant coating, the surface derusting and anti-rust primer coating of steel members shall comply with the design requirements and the current relevant national specifications, shall thoroughly remove the dust, oil and other sundry on the surface of steel members.
2. Fire retardant coating should be applied before interior decoration and under the condition that it will not be damaged by subsequent works. During construction, the walls, doors and Windows, mechanical equipment and other components that do not need fire protection should be shielded and protected.
3. Brush the interface agent of Dongan steel structure once before spraying, and apply the coating method after the surface of the interface agent dries. Before painting, mix and stir evenly according to the ratio of powder: emulsion = 1:1, so that there is no caking thick fluid state.
4. The thin consistency shall be determined according to the coating method, which is convenient for construction, not flowing, and firmly bonded. For extra wide large steel should be added steel mesh, in order to prevent paint leakage or separation.
5. When spraying, use concave and convex bucket spray gun with air pressure of 0.6 ~ 0.8mpa and nozzle diameter of 6 ~ 10mm. The spray gun is perpendicular to the surface of the coated member, 40 ~ 60mm is appropriate.
