Product Description


Starch is hydrolyzed by enzymatic and acidic methods to produce glucose, maltose and oligosaccharides. According to the degree of hydrolysis (DE), it can be categorized into low conversion syrup, medium conversion syrup, high conversion syrup and ultra-high conversion syrup. According to the different types of glycolytic enzymes used, they can be classified as low DE syrup, glucose syrup and maltose syrup.
