1.What is the minimum order quantity ?

As first cooperation ,you can choose one or two pcs models from our stock to check our handcrafted and sound .If confirmed order ,we can give your MOQ depend on different models.

2.How long is the quality guarantee ?

For quality guarantee for one year.

3.How long the Lead time?

A.stock models , 1-3days after received payments
B.For OEM, ukulele delivery times: 30 days or so after received your deposit.

4.What is your payments terms ?

For stock models : 100% payment before shipment
For OEM/ODM: 30%TT deposit first before Production, 70% balance before shipment.

5.What is the payment methods?

TT / Western Union/ Paypal/L/C

6.How much for the shipment cost ?

At First, please let us know the quantity you take.

We will check the shipping cost according to the estimated Weight and Volume.

We can arrange the shipment by Express Or by Sea.

Usually for small quantity of goods, it's shipped by Express, such as 1 carton, 2 cartons.

Usually for big quantity of goods, it's shipped by Sea, such as 20 cartons.
