Working principle: | The dewatering vibrating screen adopts seat or flange exciter, which is driven by two motors in the opposite direction and rotates synchronously. The self-synchronization technology is driven by two motors. The exciter is driven by a winding coupling. When the two groups of exciters rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor and is perpendicular to the axis of the motor. The two axes have an inclination to the screen surface. Under the action of the excitation force, the screen box moves in a reciprocating straight line. The material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line motion. At the same time, the V-shaped structure of the screen surface can achieve better dehydration effect. Dewatering screen, also known as high frequency dewatering screen, changes the water tension of the pulp surface by exciting force, and the pulp water becomes the material under the screen through the screen, while the fine material is blocked by the screen to form a filter layer which moves forward and discharges under the influence of vibration force. |
