Shen Zhen Sum Shun Technology Co.,Ltd. is a medium-sized Chinese/foreign wholly-owned enterprise specializing in plastic mold design, mold manufacturing and injection molding. Founded in 1997, the company is located in Fuyong, Baoan District, Shenzhen. The factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters. After years of unremitting efforts, we have formed a team with considerable scale and strong technical strength. At present, we have nearly 500 professional science and technology management personnel and grassroots round workers. The company has won a good reputation from customers with its superb technology and excellent service. The plastic and mould products produced have been exported to Asia and Europe. The company takes "quality for survival, reputation for development" as the management concept, and is committed to the comprehensive development of mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding and processing: providing one-stop service for customers. Based on the success of customers and the needs of customers, the company is dedicated to providing enthusiasm, meticulous and thoughtful service to every customer. Engineering team:

We are convinced that the elite team has an average of more than 10 years of experience in mold design and manufacturing, and the head of R&D has more than 15 years of experience in mold manufacturing and development. The high-quality mold design team, according to the different requirements of customers, the designers and the production of perfect mold is our convinced goal. Mold manufacturing team:

We currently have a mold manufacturing team of 86 people, adopting group management, clear division of labor, mutual cooperation, mutual supervision and management mode, and long-term adherence to meet the needs of the company, and carry out various tasks. Adhere to the company and production needs as the guide, establish a sound mold development and use process and mold maintenance configuration flow. Quality team:

Quality is the vitality of the company. The company has consistently implemented the product quality policy, and cultivated and improved the quality of the employees and the equipment of the test instruments from various aspects. The advanced measuring instruments equipped are: CMM three-dimensional, image size measuring instrument (Keyence ), projectors, image measuring instruments, microscopes, 2D plotters, a total of 15 sets. With continuous improvement, the company has perfected the standardized and advanced quality management system, and provided me with a strong guarantee for the quality of our products with the meticulous professionalism and professionalism of our employees.

Q. I have an idea for a new product, but don't know if it can be manufactured. Can you help?
A. Yes! We are happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your ideas or design and we can advise on materials, tooling and set up the costs to you for reference.

Q. My components have been developed on CAD. Can you use the drawings?
A. Yes! We accept DWG, DXF, IGES, Solidworks and Rhino format's files, and will base on your drawings to quote and build up 3D products and mould toolings.

Q. Can I test my idea/component before committing to mould tool manufacture?
A. Yes! We are providing prototype service, can use CAD drawings to make models for functional evaluations and design improvement.

Q. Can you make the mold and also supply us the injection molding plastic product?
A. Yes! We provide molding, producing, painting, assembly and packaging service.
