Main features:
1. Furnace chamber material use vacuum formed Al2O3 ceramic fiber materials, no powder dropping off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and high efficiency of energy saving.
2. Double-layer case structure. Lower temperature for outer case.
3. Microcomputer PID control module, ensures precise temperature control and constant temperature requirement. 
4. Temperature controller with 2groups/16 segments programmable, and avaiable to set temperature curve.
5. Over temperature alarm: when temperature exceeds the limit value, machine will send out a sound&light alarm, and stop heating.
Options:
1. Optional large screen paperless recorder, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card of experimental data analysis and printing.
2. Optional installation of air intake, can feed into air and inert gas. Also install an exhaust chimney connecting stainless steel bellows, so that the furnace high temperature volatile toxic gas emissions to a specified location.
