Product features
The machine uses four-station rotary packaging(own research and development, a national initiative), compared with the traditional straight back and forth packing: higher packing speed(put the box in rotary), heat sealing, put out the box in the same rotary, equipment maintenance convenient(four station design with the differentiation design, structure more compact),Rotary is another feature: the use of the mold60° bevel vacuum, inflatable, and tradition mold vacuum, inflatable different gas replacement faster and more stable. The machine can also be customized to accept non-standard(such as liquid sauce filling, etc).
 
Structure and Principle
This machine uses electricity-gas-machinery control integration, by the programmable controller(PLC) with touch screen man-machine interface dialogue, each part of the action and the control parameters can be set by the PLC.
