Q.:How long does your design update?
A: We have professional designer. Update new design every month.

Q.:Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, We do. We will make sample for you check after check well with you the color. Material. Process.Size. And packing.

Q: What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 300-500pcs as usual. For small quantity order, we could accept 50-100pcs with stock colors or material.

Q.:How do you assure the quality?
A: Attaching great importance to quality controlling , we check every step from raw material to the finished goods one by one to make sure in good quality .

Q. Can you accept customized logo?
A: Surely, Custom logo can be made with silkscreen printing, heat transfer printing, sublimation printing.rubber patch and metal plate. For large order, custom logo can be made on zipper-puller or other accessories.

Q.How To Order ?
Step 1, please tell us what model and quantity you need;
Step 2, then we will make a PI for you to confirm the order details;
Step 3, when we confirmed everything, can arrange the payment;
Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.

Q.When will make delivery ?
Sample : 7-10 days after receipt of the full payment.it will be 15 days if open a new mould to make the sample.
Stock Order: 7 days after receipt of the full payment
OEM Order: 12-40 days after receipt of the deposit.
