Electrostatic powder coating spray gun uses stainless steel powder tank, which of fluid board can be disassembled, and is convenient for the color change. The centralized powder supply barrel for electrostatic spraying is mainly used for the powder coating line. It can be customized according to actual needs. Can be equipped with 4-8 powder pumps, fluid effect is good, powder concentration.
2. Powder spray gun: The electrostatic spray gun has absorbed foreign advanced technology. The gun body adopts injection molding processing, which is light and beautiful. The gun inside adopts secondary boost technology and the double pressure level reaches 24 levels. The electrostatic field force is strong. and is attached to the front of the gun. There is a rotary jet assist device in front of the gun body which makes the powder atomization effect more ideal.
3. Control system: Electrostatic spray equipment controller mainly includes electrostatic generator, power controller, powder supply controller and other control units. Circuit has short circuit protection and constant current source control. All adopt imported circuit and use low pressure input gun, which makes the control system more secure.

3. the object go to the drying oven automatically fur drying(drying oven is optional)

4. the reciprocate system spray the powders on the objects automatically(manually is for option)
5. the object go to the curing oven for curing process{the curing oven is necessary and the most important part}
6. the object go to the forced cooling area automatically (the forced cooling area is optional)
7. downloading the objects manually.
