BS-1 type De-cap machine is used for de-capping, inner washing, outer washing of 5 gallon barrel. It combined 4 functions in one body, de-capping, inner washing, outer washing, and shower. It changed the fussy manual washing to automatic washing.

 
First, put the empty barrel on the de-cap position, use your foot to turn on the cylinder switch, the cap will be removed and go out from the baiting outlet. Then, open the cover of the machine and put the empty barrel on the frame, close the cover, the machine will work automatically, from inner washing, outer washing, in and out showering to realize rinsing purpose. The abluent is in the water box, it can be recycled by water pump.
 
before working
check the wire connection, make sure it's right
put the abluent in the water box
check the brush, make sure it's good.

under working
open the cover, put the empty barrel
close the cover, the machine will wash automatically, if stop rinsing, just open the cover, the problem will be solved.

after work
Turn off the power, air source, open the discharge valve, let the abluent go out, use water to clean the water box and barrel frame.
