Inflow Pressure Screen is used for screening in front of pulp and paper machine in pulp and paper making system.The equipment is mainly composed of shell, rotor, screen drum, transmission device and lifting device.
1, High screening efficiency:
because the pulp with a higher pressure along the tangent line into the screen, by centrifugal force, pulp before entering the screen drum, fiber and coarse impurities have been separated
2, Screen drum service life is long:
because pulp into the pressure screen, pulp by centrifugal action has been separated heavy impurities, it reduces the impact of impurities on rotor and screen drum and wear.Extended the service life of screen drum.
3. No clogging during sifting:
the pulp is uniformly screened from top to bottom without thickening. Impurities are far away from the screen drum, which is not easily blocked.
4, Can replace the low pulse screen: the machine pulp pulse intensity is low, direct net no disturbance.
