Application :
The machine especially works well on separating impurities (like paper fastener, sand, plastic film, plastic paraffin, wax asphalt) in waste paper to let stock clean and improves product grade.

Fiber separator mainly consists of machine case, inlet and outlet pulp pipe, screen plate and impeller, etc.

The machine case usually is welded steel board in conical shape. At upper part along tangent direction arrange the pulp inlet and at the bottom a heavy impurity outlet. Before the machine case is a conical front cover connecting with machine case by hinge, easy to open when checking machine. In the middle of front cover install a light impurity outlet, behind the machine case is screen plate, stock passes screen holes and discharged from fine pulp outlet. The rotating impeller is close to screen plate, leaving a small clearance (1-3mm) between impeller and screen plate; impeller fixed on rotation shaft and the rotation shaft is supported by rolling bearing and driven by motor through belt.
