A: We are the real manufacturer with own factory, we have the professional purchasing/ production/design / QC / engineer / after-sales service/sales department, welcome to visit our company.

Q: The first time do you support sample order for testing?

A: Yes of course, welcome to place sample from here.

Q: How about the warranty?

A: 12 months warranty, we promise if you receive bad quality then we will resend extra new ones to you for free.

Q: Can I custom logo on product or packaging?

A: Yes we are warm welcome buyer custom logo/packaging, since we confirmed details, the factory will produce out a sample then confirm with the buyer, if no any problem then we will start to produce the big quantity

Q: Can I pay some deposit first, when you finish my big quality I will finish full balance

A: Sure, we support 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance payment before shipping

Q: Sometimes I also want order other stuff, could you please help me purchase it?
