Product features

Applicable Wire: AWG #18-#30 (applicable for AWG #32).
High Performance: It is also equipped with inspecting device for crimping quality, terminal run out, wire run out, wire tangling, irregular air pressure and irregular working condition. If required it can also be equipped with total quantity set, cassette die and blade, vibrating plate wire feeder, vertical wire feeder, axis wire feeder, conveying belt for long wires and pressure sensor, among others.
High Efficiency: Max. capacity: 2000 pieces/hour (length= 150mm). It cuts, strips and crimps the terminal in the two ends of the wire. Both of the cross and straight die could be changed rapidly.
Crimping: Super mute crimper installed with imported cassette die. Crimping capacity: standard force 2 T.
Easy to use: The length of wire cutting and stripping, and the cutting depth are all set using the touching screen, which is easy to learn and operate. It is all monitored by PLC control system ensuring high quality.
