Description

None-woven laid scrim is widely used as reinforced materail on kinds none-woven fabric, such as fiberglass tissue, polyester mat, wipes, also some top ends, such as medical paper. It can makes none-woven products with higher tensile strength,while just add very little unit weight.

The scrim producing process by chemically bonds non-wovenyarns, also are able to enhancing the scrim with a unique glass/polyester veil (Laid scrims laminating with veil ), that allows for various customized demands. 

Application

This laid Scrim is a kind of economic reinforcing non-woven fabric made from continuous filament yarn(Fiberglass, or Polyester etc.) in square shape of an open mesh instruction with an ultra-light mass unit (6-28g/m2), which generally applies to increase tear strength, dimensional stability, facilitate handling or act as a carrier of adhesive to be used in secondary bonding. It is typically applied when woven fabrics are too heavy and knitted products are too pliable for the application.
