Product Introduction

HL-19B organoclay is oil-wet hydrophobic rheological modificated additives highly purified from montmorillonite with easy dispersion property.It is widly used in low to medium polar organic system due to good anti-sagging and anti-settling property.It also suits for other higher polar system.

Suggest used in polyurethane, aliphatic series,printing ink, sealant and alcohol acid ceramic systems.

Instruction

HL-19B is a type of easily dispersed organic bentonite of rheological additive.It can be used directly at any stage of manufacture without polar activator.
In general,HL-19B has no need to make pre-gel,but it is available if manufacturing technique allows.
Ordinary equipments for paint and coating can provide HL-19B enough shear force to carry best performance.

Dosage

The addition quantity of HL-19B depends on the type of organics, viscosity and other rheological properties.
The amount of HL-19Baccounts for 0.15%-2.0% of the whole system. The optimum dosage should be determined by experiment.

Efficient dispersing equipment and technique can better optimize the performance of HL-19B with less dosage and more profits.
