Product Description
Raw material: 
1) Rolling welded steel tube: Ø4.76~Ø6.35×0.71, 
2) Low carbon steel wire O.D1.4~1.6mm  
3) Bracket: steel plate(SPCC) thickness 0.6~2.0 

Structure:
1) Flat type of wire on tube condenser used at the back; 
2) Bended or spiral type of wire on tube condenser used at the bottom; 
3)Wrapped type of tube embed on plate 


Technical Standards:
Wire pitch ≥5
Can produce according to the drawing or sample supplied by clients, also can help the clients design and produce different condensers. 

Performance:
(1) Surface with electrophoresis coating to prevent the corrosion.
(2) Inner cleanness can meet requirement of R134a & CFC cooling system
(3)Can satisfy the cooling capability requirements. 

Production capacity:
15000pcs/day, at least 3.5million pcs yearly.
