Clinafloxacin is the fourth generation of quinolones, showing high activity against Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, chlamydia, mycoplasma and so on. It is the most widely used antimicrobial spectrum and has the strongest antimicrobial activity. Super antibacterial drugs, "the avian Escherichia coli infection, mycoplasma respiratory tract infections caused by pasteurellosis caused by duck serositis have special effects.a

Clinafloxacin against Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria antibacterial activity of ciprofloxacin 16-32 times, of which Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus antibacterial activity of ciprofloxacin 16-64 times; Antibacterial activity of anaerobic bacteria is 4-16 times that of ciprofloxacin; for drug-resistant Escherichia coli, mycoplasma antibacterial activity is 2-4 times that of gatifloxacin.
